1. By clicking the "I Accept" button at the end of these terms and conditions and by completing the booking form you shall be deemed to have made an offer to book a performance subject to these terms and conditions.

2. No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us until a written confirmation of order is given by us and we are in receipt of the payment due pursuant to clause.

3. You confirm that all information you give to us while using the website is correct. If the information changes prior to your attendance at the performance it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible.

4. Except as stated in clause 3.4 we will not be liable to give any refund or exchange for any performance booked by you online through this website. Tickets purchased or confirmed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, nor money refunded. This also applies if tickets once received by you are lost or stolen.

1. Upon acceptance of your booking we will book on your behalf the performance at the time and place requested. Whilst we will make every effort to provide the particular booking requested we reserve the right to change that booking as long as the alternative booking is of equal or greater value to your request.

2. The performance organiser reserves the right to alter the performance or its price without notice. No refund shall be given in those circumstances.

3. The performance organiser may cancel or postpone the performance. If the performance is cancelled or postponed we will not be responsible. Please contact us for information on obtaining a refund from the party responsible.

4. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at anytime prior to the performance taking place. If the cancellation is due to no fault of you we will give you a complete refund of all monies paid to us by you relating to the cancelled booking.

5. You shall not resell or transfer the booking to any other person. Any such resell or transfer will cause the booking to become void and the ticket holder maybe refused entry or ejected from the venue.

6. All tickets, or orders for tickets are accepted on the understanding that they are subjected to availability until theatre tickets, with confirmed seat numbers written on them, has/have been issued

1. Where tickets are to be issued for a performance they maybe sent by courier, registered post, first class post or available for collection at the box office.

Tickets will only be delivered to the registered address of the credit/debit card holder if: a) the address is situated within the United Kingdom; b) the booking is made at least 14 days before the Event; c) you choose another delivery option. Please note that delivery will be subject to an additional charge for postage and packing as stated on our website.
